It is the working studio of Kim Thittichai, textile artist, photographer, author and tutor. Kim holds regular open studio weekends if you wish to visit and have a chat and look at her work. She also offers workshops and summer schools. The studio is also open by appointment during the week. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\">The textile techniques Kim uses in her textile work have been developed over many years and are quite experimental, layering texture and colour until just the right effect has been achieved. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\">Living in one of the most beautiful areas of Loop Head, Kim finds the local landscape, with it\u2019s ever changing light, a great inspiration for her textile work and photography.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sonas Studio is situated between The Bridges of Ross and Loop Head light house on the L2000 coast road and has wonderful views over Fodra and Ross bays.
